LED suspended ceiling

Legs in a suspended ceiling or other types of decorative ceilings along with the development of modern technologies gained much more possibilities. A suspended ceiling in the living room or kitchen can be illuminated using LED strips with aluminum profiles, LED panels, ceilings or ceiling frames with light bulbs. In our entry, we will not consider surface-mounted lamps. Suspended ceilings with LED backlight were created mainly to use recessed light sources. Surface mounted luminaires can only be so-called complementing the whole or the main lighting among the decorative rest.

The time has come for the types of lighting that we will be able to mount in our modern ceiling. There are a lot of them, and all of them can be mixed up, or one type of lighting.

Tape led 
Mounting the LED strip on the ceiling is probably the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to ceiling lighting. LED strips are very universal light sources, but let's remember that we should mount them only on aluminum slats or profiles. Once stripped leads in the ceiling could only serve for decorative lighting, but today with architectural profiles they can also be used for the main lighting.
Architectural profiles are wide strips, in which we can mount up to 6 LED strips in parallel. We install them using mounting springs, letting them into the ceiling. The appropriate profile, together with a dairy shade, will allow us to create a uniform line of light that will light up our entire room quite well. It will also be very effective because LED strips are so universal that we can freely dim or light them, and change their color.
A ceiling with decorative ledges can also give an amazing atmosphere to our interior. For this type of lighting, it is best to use profiles for one LED strip, which discreetly hide in the ceiling. Architectural profiles that are installed on the edges of the ceiling are new. LUMINES IPA / APA profiles can shine (depending on the chosen model) perpendicular or parallel to our ceiling.
Spotlighting in suspended ceilings
The luminaires for suspended ceilings and stretch ceilings are the most common ceiling luminaires with LED GU10 bulbs. They can, like LED strips, be the main as well as the decorative, more punctual ceiling lighting. If we want our luminaires to be the main source of light, we should evenly distribute them all over the ceiling and use bulbs with a wide viewing angle. Decorative and spotlighting in suspended ceilings are light sources with a narrow-angle of illumination. The LED construction of this type should be equipped with lenticular LED bulbs with a narrow luminous flux.
The diameter of ceiling housings is not very large, so halogen lighting in the suspended ceiling does not spoil our arrangement of the entire interior and is perfect for places where it turned out that we lack an additional source of light.
LED panels and recessed ceiling
Another type of lighting that we can use in suspended ceilings are ceiling panels and ceilings. There are lamps with an integrated light source available in various sizes. In addition, it is a very universal type of lighting, which is ideal for both home and more commercial interiors. When choosing this type of light we must remember about the optimal arrangement of all light sources so that the entire room is evenly illuminated. Later, we can equip ourselves with double or even triple switches, so that we can turn on the light only in the place where we need it most.
